Got on You Tube this morning and scrolled down the page seeing what has been 'suggested for me'.
I skate around on this site, sampling this and that, and sometimes I just enter random words, so 'suggested for me' covers a broad section of topics. Here's what I found on a very lengthy 'page one' or whatever it is that you call that scrolling down thing that just keeps going and going until it ends:
One of my (growing) tribe of online intuitives has a mysterious guest host on her site, posted yesterday. About 35 minutes. I'll be sure to watch that.
Another intuitive, an infrequent ‘poster’ ('someone who posts videos on You Tube’) uploaded some content 11 hours ago. Make mental note.
I can watch the 'Siren Sounds Waltz' from Carnegie Hall. 18 minutes. Been watching orchestral music lately. Guess that ‘suggestion for me’ is not surprising.
A Sadguru (super smart spiritual Indian guy) has some information about the virus. Hmmmm..... I'm kinda informationed out on that subject right now.

Ok, friends, Romans, countrymen. That's far enough down the rabbit hole for one day. I paused writing and started scrolling down from this point and couldn't find the bottom, apparently You Tube is approaching singularity where all possible subjects are being explored. Way too much for any human mind to withstand.
The antidote, which I strongly suggest you might also benefit in employing, is to find a quiet, relaxing nature scene and let you eyes and mind settle into that. I am going to do that now. The world is not so complicated then, there isn't a lot that you need to know. Just stay present in the moment, breathe, and affirm to yourself that you are capable and knowledgable enough right now to function in this world! Yes, you're ok, I'm ok. We've just been exposed to something that didn't exist twenty years ago. Infinite data.
Feel better now? I do too. Go out and have a nice day then. I really mean it. Go out and have a wonderful day. Limit your data intake and you'll be just fine. Doctor's orders! Ha. Just kidding.
Lighten up! You're good enough just as you are. You Tube exposure and inevitable education is a choice, not a requirement.
